Reverted back to the old settings panel due to the new one not saving properly after a restart.

Fixed a bug where if u had multiple files with the same name but in different directories, if you added one as a mapping, then each time u try to add the other it would add the first file rather than creating a new file

Added more index actions for a total of 10 actions (compared to the original 4).

Changed version to 2.0.0.
Versions now follow the semver standard. which means that for each major version there will be backwards incompatible changes. for minor versions there will be new features and bug fixes. and for patch versions there will be bug fixes only.

Note: need to rethink how normal paths are saved, they should potentially be saved raw (not absolute paths) and then the virtual file list needs to change to string and then dynamically on the fly replace with mappings of key -> value to make an absolute path that then will be used
