700b63ad89 Use new #? filter prefix in various places 
This silences deprecation warnings and prevent collision with UNIX shebang.

02432f1052 Add makefile for csources 
This should speed up compilation of csources significantly, as it can be
used with "make -j $NUMPROCS"

Only tested on Linux so far
