1d02f2ea53 wip type class reforms (the compiler bootstraps fine) 
* replace tfAny and tfAll with tyAnd and tyOr
* integrate matchTypeClass into typeRel
* introduce tyBuiltInTypeClass to handle types such as tuple, object, proc, etc
