Slava Vishnyakov 30d4f7791d Create Mac app bundle for GUI apps on macOS when --app:gui is used (#25042) 
Fixes https://github.com/nim-lang/Nim/issues/25041

Basically it creates a "real" console-less app when --app:gui is used.
Otherwise a console window opens, see the bug.

Nim Compiler

  • This directory contains the Nim compiler written in Nim.
  • Note that this code has been translated from a bootstrapping version written in Pascal.
  • So the code is not a poster child of good Nim code.
