* Breaking parser changes, implement https://github.com/nim-lang/RFCs/issues/442

Types are separated from expressions and better reflected in the grammar.

* more accurate grammar

* fix keyword typedescs

* accept expressions in proc argument lists

* improve grammar, try and revert semtypes change

Nim's documentation system
============================

This folder contains Nim's documentation. The documentation
is written in a format called *reStructuredText*, a markup language that reads
like ASCII and can be converted to HTML automatically!
