Jake Leahy 60597adb10 Fix using --stdout with jsondoc (#22925) 
Fixes the assertion defect that happens when using `jsondoc --stdout`
(There is no outfile since its just stdout)

```

Also makes the output easier to parse by ending each module output with
a new line.

Nim Compiler

  • This directory contains the Nim compiler written in Nim.
  • Note that this code has been translated from a bootstrapping version written in Pascal.
  • So the code is not a poster child of good Nim code.
