fixes #23321

In the function `mapType`, ptrs (tyPtr, tyVar, tyLent, tyRef)
are mapped into ctPtrToArray, the dereference of which is skipped
in the `genref`. We need to skip these ptrs in the function
`genOpenArraySlice`.
