PHO e57b207ff8 Support NetBSD/aarch64 (#23616) 
I could trivially port Nim to NetBSD/aarch64 because it already
supported NetBSD and aarch64. I only needed to generate `c_code` for
this combination.

Nim Compiler

  • This directory contains the Nim compiler written in Nim.
  • Note that this code has been translated from a bootstrapping version written in Pascal.
  • So the code is not a poster child of good Nim code.
