Rename iOS subtarget to iPhone for consistency.

Add `ODIN_PLATFORM_SUBTARGET_IOS` builtin constant which evaluated to
`true` when the platform is `Darwin` and the subtarget it either `iPhone` or `iPhoneSimulator`
