mo 9ddc2c5ea1 remove -microarch:native from 3 tests due to suspected GH issue 
These tests often fail on GitHub runners which use AMD EPYC 9V74
VMs. We suspect LLVM generates AVX512 instructions, which are valid
for the hardware, but not available on the GH VM.
