Renamed ShowTextInput/HideTextInput to ShowScreenKeyboard/HideScreenKeyboard on Android

This better reflects the actual implementation and makes SDL_HINT_ENABLE_SCREEN_KEYBOARD work on Android.

Fixes https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues/8652
