Sam Lantinga 8da9b22c17 The SDL_WINDOW_SKIP_TASKBAR flag has been replaced by the SDL_WINDOW_UTILITY flag 
The SDL_WINDOW_UTILITY flag has the same functionality, and is now implemented on Windows.
