Kausthubh J Rao	5c887d68ca	feat(api): encrypt AWS creds (#37679) ... ## Description As mentioned in #37654 `AWSSecretAccessKey` are not encrypted and stored as is. ## Update Follow the existing `AuthToken` flow of setting the `Encrypted` fields, `Decrypting` them later and `Clearing` them at the end. This PR adds support for migrating repos from [AWS CodeCommit](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/codecommit/latest/userguide/welcome.html). The access key ID and secret access key are required to get repository information and pull requests.
