vim-patch:8.0.1768: SET_NO_HLSEARCH() used in a wrong way

Problem:    SET_NO_HLSEARCH() used in a wrong way.
Solution:   Make it a function. (suggested by Dominique Pelle,
            closes vim/vim#2850)
