fix(lsp): util.lua attempt to concatenate userdata #39225

Problem:
Error when querying document symbols using python-lsp-server:

    lsp/util.lua:1955: attempt to concatenate field 'containerName' (a userdata value)

Solution:
Check for `vim.NIL`.
