vim-patch:9.0.0757: line number not visisble with 'smoothscroll', 'nu' and 'rnu'

Problem:    Line number not visisble with 'smoothscroll', 'nu' and 'rnu'.
Solution:   Put the ">>>" after the line number instead of on top.
