vim-patch:8.1.0154: crash with "set smarttab shiftwidth=0 softtabstop=-1"
Problem: Crash with "set smarttab shiftwidth=0 softtabstop=-1".
Solution: Fall back to using 'tabstop'. (closes vim/vim#3155)
