vim-patch:93eb081: runtime(doc): Clarify visual mark behavior in getpos(), setpos() (#37223)

Browse Source 
Add documentation notes explaining that visual marks '< and '> have
different behaviors in getpos() and setpos().

Also fix a small typo.
