vim-patch:8.2.3254: win_gettype() does not recognize a quickfix window

Problem:    win_gettype() does not recognize a quickfix window.
Solution:   Add "quickfix" and "loclist". (Yegappan Lakshmanan, closes vim/vim#8676)
