vim-patch:9.1.1800: completion: strange behaviour with 'ac' completeopt=longest,preinsert

Problem:  completion: strange behaviour with 'ac'
          completeopt=longest,preinsert (zeertzjq)
Solution: Let preinsert take precedence (Girish Palya)
