vim-patch:8.2.3461: distinguish Normal and Terminal-Normal mode #15878

Problem:    Cannot distinguish Normal and Terminal-Normal mode.
Solution:   Make mode() return "nt" for Terminal-Normal mode. (issue vim/vim#8856)
