vim-patch:7.4.284 #748

Problem:    Setting 'langmap' in the modeline can cause trouble.  E.g. mapping
            ":" breaks many commands. (Jens-Wolfhard Schicke-Uffmann)
Solution:   Disallow setting 'langmap' from the modeline.
