vim-patch:8.1.1305: there is no easy way to manipulate environment variables

Problem:    There is no easy way to manipulate environment variables.
Solution:   Add environ(), getenv() and setenv(). (Yasuhiro Matsumoto,
            closes vim/vim#2875)
