7fc58ec99a vim-patch:8.1.0542: shiftwidth() does not take 'vartabstop' into account 
Problem:    shiftwidth() does not take 'vartabstop' into account.
Solution:   Use the cursor position or a position explicitly passed.
            Also make >> and << work better with 'vartabstop'. (Christian

bb6d2c9b7c api: destabilize nvim_set_hl_ns 
The sematics and signature of this API is going to change, but we
don't wanna delay 0.5 for it. Mark API as unstable for now.
