Nvim doesn't use Vim's terminal implementation.
Despite this, Nvim has its own *exclusive* way of crashing here.
Requires 'winwidth' > winwidth() and 'nowinfixwidth' to crash; adjust
the test ('nowfw' is the default, but ensure its disabled anyway).
Problem: Using "int" for alloc() often results in compiler warnings.
Solution: Use "size_t" and remove type casts. Remove alloc_check(), Vim
only works with 32 bit ints anyway.

Solution: Update the help for getcwd(). Without any arguments always return
