Barrett Ruth	0bb2f5cc08	fix(ftplugin): source inherited Lua ftplugins Problem: Vimscript ftplugins that inherit a base ftplugin often use explicit `runtime! ftplugin/foo.vim` patterns. This skips corresponding Lua ftplugins, unlike top-level ftplugin loading.
