Remove `export` pramgas from defs headers as it causes IWYU to believe
that the definitions from the defs headers comes from main header, which
is not what we really want.
long is 32 bits on windows, while it is 64 bits on other architectures.
This makes the type suboptimal for a codebase meant to be
cross-platform. Replace it with more appropriate integer types.
Problem: Reproducing memory access errors can be difficult.
Solution: When testing, copy each line to allocated memory, so that valgrind
can detect accessing memory before and/or after it. Fix uncovered
problems.

Since test_override() is N/A, enable ml_get_alloc_lines when ASAN is
enabled instead, so it also applies to functional tests.
Use xstrdup() to copy the line as ml_line_len looks hard to port.
Squash the test changes from patch 9.0.0016.

Skip "ml_line_len" member of "struct memline".
Patch v8.1.0579 was not ported.
Problem: On some systems automatically adding the missing EOL causes
problems. Setting 'binary' has too many side effects.
Solution: Add the 'fixeol' option, default on. (Pavel Samarkin)

- src/nvim/ becomes the new root dir for nvim executable sources.
- src/libnvim/ is planned to become root dir of the neovim library.
