08c328b8b0 feat(runtime): Lua ftplugin 'includeexpr' #32719 
Problem:
Current `'includeexpr'` in runtime/ftplugin/lua.vim doesn't work with Nvim Lua.

Solution:
Provide an improved 'includeexpr' for Lua in "ftplugin/lua.lua".
