6a273af105 refactor: remove typval.h from most header files (#23601) 
Because typval_defs.h is enough for most of them.

66360675cf build: allow IWYU to fix includes for all .c files 
Allow Include What You Use to remove unnecessary includes and only
include what is necessary. This helps with reducing compilation times
and makes it easier to visualise which dependencies are actually
required.

Work on https://github.com/neovim/neovim/issues/549, but doesn't close
it since this only works fully for .c files and not headers.

53c9500c1d vim-patch:8.2.1535: it is not possible to specify cell widths of characters 
Problem:    It is not possible to specify cell widths of characters.
Solution:   Add setcellwidths().

bc8fbb7c1d refactor: move non-symbols in mbyte.h to mbyte_defs.h 
This just avoids including mbyte.h in eval/typval.h, so that mbyte.h can
include eval/typval.h in Vim patch 8.2.1535.

10b6afd652 Remove all occurences of the mb_ptr2char macro 
First step towards implemening issue #7401.

The same can be done for all deprecated mb_ functions in follow-up
patches.

09cd4d0a43 use wchar_t instead of WCHAR #6998 
wchar_t has better cross-platform support and seems to fix an issue
on MinGW when building with `-std=c99`.

5072ab9e5b encoding: cleanup mbyte.c given fixed encoding=utf-8 
Eliminate mb_init():
Set "enc_utf" and "has_mbyte" early. Eliminate "enc_unicode" and "enc_latin1like".
init_chartab() and screenalloc() are already invoked elsewhere
in the initialization process.
The EncodingChanged autocmd cannot be triggered.
At initialization, there is no spellfiles to reload

0868818d3e Include stdbool.h in some files which use it 
Done by manual inspection of the output of this script:

70929f7e16 Add automatic generation of headers 
- The 'stripdecls.py' script replaces declarations in all headers by includes to
  generated headers.
  `ag '#\s*if(?!ndef NEOVIM_).*((?!#\s*endif).*\n)*#ifdef INCLUDE_GENERATED'`
  was used for this.
- Add and integrate gendeclarations.lua into the build system to generate the
  required includes.
- Add -Wno-unused-function
- Made a bunch of old-style definitions ANSI

This adds a requirement: all type and structure definitions must be present
before INCLUDE_GENERATED_DECLARATIONS-protected include.

Warning: mch_expandpath (path.h.generated.h) was moved manually. So far it is
the only exception.

da51dc9cf2 Introduce nvim namespace: Move files. 
Move files from src/ to src/nvim/.
- src/nvim/ becomes the new root dir for nvim executable sources.
- src/libnvim/ is planned to become root dir of the neovim library.
