Solution:   Also set the fold character when it's not multi-byte.

Problem:    Storing a zero byte from a multi-byte character causes fold text
            to show up wrong.
Solution:   Avoid putting zero in ScreenLines. (Christian Brabandt,
            closes vim/vim#1567)
