zeertzjqandBram Moolenaar 7abfb1f86e vim-patch:8.2.2949: tests failing because no error for float to string conversion 
Problem:    Tests failing because there is no error for float to string
            conversion.
Solution:   Change the check for failure to check for correct result.  Make
            some conversions strict in Vim9 script.

dundargoc af23d17388 test: move oldtests to test directory (#22536) 
The new oldtest directory is in test/old/testdir. The reason for this is
that many tests have hardcoded the parent directory name to be
'testdir'.
