Allow Include What You Use to remove unnecessary includes and only
include what is necessary. This helps with reducing compilation times
and makes it easier to visualise which dependencies are actually
required.
Work on https://github.com/neovim/neovim/issues/549, but doesn't close
it since this only works fully for .c files and not headers.
Problem: <script> is not expanded in autocmd context.
Solution: Add the context to the pattern struct. (closesvim/vim#10144)
Rename AutoPatCmd to AutoPatCmd_T.

Omit AutoPatCmd -> AutoPatCmd_T rename as it is inconsistent.
Use `.sn_name` instead of `->sn_name` as v8.2.0154 hasn't been ported.
Omit acp_script_stx(), use member directly.
Problem: Execution stack is incomplete and inefficient.
Solution: Introduce a proper execution stack and use it instead of
sourcing_name/sourcing_lnum. Create a string only when used.
