Collapse empty blocks between '{' and '}'.
Remove newline at the end of the file.
Remove newline between 'enum' and '{'.
Remove newline between '}' and ')' in a function invocation.
Remove newline between '}' and 'while' of 'do' statement.
Problem: Highlight and match functionality together in one file.
