74cc0364f1 vim-patch:85eb099: runtime(mbsync): Properly handle values for the "Sync" keyword 
This has been manually tested with my personal mbsync configuration and
with the following test file:

d01f1f379c vim-patch:4969b8d: runtime(mbsync): Add syntax highlighting for TLSVersions keyword 
mbsync deprecated SSLVersions. Now use TLSVersions (we keep
computability with SSLVersions).

ab20681c52 vim-patch:62d8f3d: runtime: Revert several "mark invalid contact addresses" commits (#37192) 
This reverts commits:
- 6b652a785033fd4164e049492a7327c1ed7c3e5f
- 2f689d5abde0ccddca9e20d8c93a0299bd054e32
- a025a46d4169587145fb54f04af349cd05cb6122

Several email addresses that are known to be valid caused bounces
due to an issue with my email setup. The previous commits incorrectly
marked these addresses as invalid. So revert the whole thing again.

287955cfb4 vim-patch:9.1.1299: filetype: mbsyncrc files are not recognized 
Problem:  filetype: mbsyncrc files are not recognized
Solution: detect isyncrc and "*.mbsyncrc" files as mbsync filetype,
          include filetype and syntax plugin (Pierrick Guillaume)

mbsync is a command line application which synchronizes mailboxes;
currently Maildir and IMAP4 mailboxes are supported.
New messages, message deletions and flag changes can be propagated both ways;
the operation set can be selected in a fine-grained manner.
