Sway 1.11 added `security_context_v1` metadata as criteria:
 - `sandbox_engine`
 - `sandbox_app_id`
 - `sandbox_instance_id`

Sway 1.12 will add the `tag` criteria for `xdg_toplevel_tag_v1`, as
well as the `hdr` output option (with options `on`, `off`, and
`toggle`).
