runtime(doc,netrw): update "Last Change header", remove trailing whitespace
Update Last-Change Header for netrw and doc/indent.txt, fix a trailing
whitespace in indent.txt and make CI happy.

The autoload directory is for standard Vim autoload scripts. These are functions used by plugins and for general use. They will be loaded automatically when the function is invoked.
