Problem:  Missing newer Python keywords and builtins in syntax highlighting.
Solution: Add aiter, anext, BaseExceptionGroup, ExceptionGroup,
          PythonFinalizationError, and EncodingWarning to the Python
          syntax file (231tr0n).
