Ashkan Kiani 6fc409d593 Add full text_edit implementation. 
- Implements textDocument/formatting, textDocument/rangeFormatting,
workspace/applyEdit.
TODO:
- still has edge cases around replacement probably. Only tested with
inserts on the same position.
