Problem:  Wrong cursor position when clicking after end of line with
          'rightleft', 'virtualedit' and conceal.
Solution: Set values in ScreenCols[] also with SLF_RIGHTLEFT.  Also fix
          off-by-one cursor position with 'colorcolumn' (zeertzjq).
