Problem:  Cursor position still wrong with 'showbreak' and virtual text
          after last character or 'listchars' "eol".
Solution: Remove unnecessary w_wcol adjustment in curs_columns(). Also
          fix first char of virtual text not shown at the start of a screen
          line.
