Barrett Ruth cfcdbcf638 feat(lsp): add buftypes field to vim.lsp.Config (#38380) 
Problem: `vim.lsp.enable()` skips buffers with `buftype` set, even when
`filetype` matches.

Solution: Add `buftypes` field to `vim.lsp.Config`.
