- Refactor LSP client to use unified provider-based capability lookup for
  diagnostics and other features.
- Introduce `_provider_value_get` to abstract capability retrieval,
  supporting both static and dynamic registrations.
- Update diagnostic handling and protocol mappings to leverage
  provider-centric logic.
