Problem:  Cursor wrong after using setcellwidth() in terminal
          (mikoto2000)
Solution: output additional spaces, so the behaviour matches the GUI
          (mikoto2000)

Fix CUI `setcellwidths` characters draw behavior to same GUI behavior.
