8314fc3e5a Menus: shallow tweaks.

50b488765f ButtonBehavior, Selectable: made low-level ImGuiButtonFlags_PressedOnRelease not explicitely avoid taking current active id. ImGuiButtonFlags_NoHoldingActiveId may be used for that.
