I'm happy to change the wording or anything. It does seem like an important thing to mention, though. It might be better not to even mention typeless procs so as not to encourage bad behavior.

Nim's documenation system
============================

This folder contains Nim's documentation. The documentation
is written in a format called *reStructuredText*, a markup language that reads
like ASCII and can be converted to HTML automatically!
