Fix joystick (/dev/input/xxx) support on FreeBSD

Backport f8ad4abe from main branch.

When switching to CMake, src/joystick/linux/SDL_sysjoystick.c file got
excluded from FreeBSD builds, losing support for /dev/input/xxx devices.
