font: update embedded Noto emoji fonts

Fixes #14046

Update Noto Color Emoji from v2.034 to v2.051 and Noto Emoji
Regular from v1.002 to v3.005.

The old assets predate Unicode 15.0 and decompose newer ZWJ sequences
into separate glyphs. This causes sequences such as the Emoji 15.1
head-shaking faces to overlap neighboring terminal cells. The new
assets provide the missing sequence glyphs through Unicode 17.0.

New supported glyphs too:
