vim-patch:9.1.0721: tests: test_mksession does not consider XDG_CONFIG_HOME

Problem:  tests: test_mksession does not consider XDG_CONFIG_HOME
Solution: allow to match $HOME/.vim/ and $HOME/.config/vim for &viewdir
