vim-patch:8.2.3908: cannot use a script-local function for 'foldtext'

Problem:    Cannot use a script-local function for 'foldtext'.
Solution:   Expand "s:" and "<SID>". (Yegappan Lakshmanan, closes vim/vim#9411)
