TODO: "exepath" field (win32: QueryFullProcessImageName())
On unix-likes `ps` is used because the platform-specific APIs are

Install from source
make CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=RelWithDebInfo

To install to a non-default location, specify CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:
